Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website and to junk removal, hauling and cleanout services provided by AR GROUP HOLDINGS LLC, doing business as Hard Haul Junk Removal.

Estimates

Estimates are free and are based on how much room the load takes in the truck, plus access and disposal. An estimate given before we have seen the items is indicative. The firm figure is the one we give you on site, before anything is loaded. You are under no obligation once you have it.

Scheduling

We work Monday to Friday 6:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 6:00am to 4:00pm, and we take calls outside those hours for booking. Same-day and next-day service is often available but is not guaranteed. If we cannot make a scheduled window we will contact you.

What we will not take

We do not carry out furniture moving. We cannot accept hazardous material, wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, or medical waste, all of which require a licensed disposal route. If we identify such items on site we will tell you and leave them in place.

Your property

Please make sure we can reach the items and that anything you want to keep is clearly separated. Once you point at an item and tell us to take it, we treat it as yours to dispose of. If we come across paperwork, photographs or anything that appears personal or valuable, we set it aside and tell you rather than loading it.

Access and condition

We take reasonable care moving items through your property. Where access is tight, some marking of walls, frames or flooring can happen despite that care, and we will always point it out rather than leave you to find it.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is finished unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Insurance

We carry insurance for the work we perform.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
